Who We Are
Robin’s Nest Meditation Center, Inc. offers a meditation program for youth between the ages of 5 to 19 years old. The meditation practices are led by qualified instructors at a museum facility. This program will take place after-school in a small group setting. Each session will include a time to explain what mediation is, practice mediation exercises, watch a short video, read a poem, and listen to music. Participation is on a first come, first serve basis as venue capacity allows. Robin’s Nest Meditation Center, Inc. will not charge a fee for this program.
The mission of Robin’s Nest is to provide the highest standard of community support by providing an after school program that will further promote the health, social development and educational needs of children that live with the challenges of ADHD, ADD, Autism, OCD, and abuse (e.g. sexual, physical, verbal)
